Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and paypal.

Which regions will you ship to (and how long does it take)?

We only ship to US at the moment. We might be able to accomodate international orders, please contact us at hello@konoastudio.com.

How much does shipping cost? Which carriers do you use?

Standard shipping is free. Expedited shipping will incur additional fees which are reflected at checkout.

We use USPS for standard shipping, and UPS for expedited shipping.

The style I want is sold out! How often do you restock?

If the style you want is out of stock, click "Notify Me" on the product page, enter your email address, and select your size. Depending on demand, we may run a new production order.

Custom orders are also possible. Contact us at hello@konoastudio.com to initiate a custom order.

Can I update my order after it's placed?

Orders can take 1-5 business days to process before shipping. While we cannot guarantee that all orders can be modified after confirmation, you can contact us at hello@konoastudio.com if you have a request.

How do I know when my order will arrive?

You can track your package using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Please note that shipping delays may occur.

There's something wrong with my order. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition—unworn, unaltered, unwashed—with original tags attached.

If merchandise is returned that does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at an additional charge.

Returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. Approved returns will receive a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 days. The refund will appear in your account based on the processing time of your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You may also elect to receive store credit instead of a refund. If requesting store credit or exchange of merchandise, no additional shipping fees will be incurred.

Unfortunately, refunds are not offered on items purchased with a discount code as part of a sale or promotion. All discounted items are considered final sale.

For additional information regarding your return, contact us at hello@konoastudio.com with your order number, reason for return, and whether you are seeking a refund, exchange, or store credit.

I have not received my package and I think it might be lost. What should I do?

Unfortunately, we're unable to assist with missing packages beyond referring you to your tracking number (provided in the shipping confirmation email). If your order was marked "Delivered" but has not arrived, check with neighbors and in surrounding areas. As a final step, you can contact your local post office to file a claim.
