Shipping

Konoa Studio ships orders to the US only at the moment. 

We  ship from Brooklyn, New York. Orders are processed on weekdays (excluding major holidays). Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping.

Standard shipping is free. While standard shipping for domestic orders usually takes 5 - 8 days, delays can occur. Shipping times mentioned are estimates..

Expedited shipping upgrades are available with fees reflected at checkout. 

We ship via USPS for standard shipping, and UPS for expedited shipping.
